what are they trying to say?

we all have seen an ants in ours houses. but we didn't care about its. but when you look at for 2 to3 minutes you can learn a lot from them. i know what i mentions you may know but sometimes you may do not thunk about it because of time limits.so i just be analysis bit about those and their activities, hope you enjoy this.

when you initially looks them you may got to know that they are on the line(rows)which can be we says about it concerning on duties and respecting duties by the way of those duties they are respecting their leader with high manner.

And when you feature look the ants, each of the ants meet each other ants by the way their roots(in row), there can be more reasons as just say hi to each others or just passing the information about their roots which they come a cross, or be encourage each other or at least they kiss each others. but the thing is they meet each other which is a team working as maintaining relationships.

when you see them what are they carrying to their way it should be normally more than 3 to4 times higher than their weight.but human can't even take the item which is same weight of him/ her self's. which is shown their self confidant and their flexible capabilities. which is more important to the human to achieve to take responsibilities and be successful on their life.

the main important skills you may see that the king or queen of the ant are always in the roots which are also participate their works with the subs(ants). the head of the ants is always bigger that normal which also speck with all the ants in the roots. so which is making a good leaderships to their subs and make them feel free to works in the filed. which can be good lessions to a leaders to how to cooperate with their subs.

• quick recovery on problems

there is many more but i couldn't find a lot i watched only for 3 to 4 minutes ...


these are just a imaginations by myself

And i trying with compare their activities to the forces of a country which they too able to protect their kingdom of ants with the hierarchy.

• the king or queen is the supremo(supreme commander) to their country and the forces. which he or she having capabilities to plan the attacks and development plannings.
• ant in yellow color (which can be bite) they may be front line troops which will very efficient to kill others and bite a lot.
• ant in black color(which can't bite) can be used for transportation purpose. which may provide a important materials to the front line troops and this is very fast too
  
• ant in black color bigger than normal size, which can be a task force which may be used for special purposes on critical situations
  
• each and every ants team has a leader those leaders can be a post of the commander of the operations
• each and every ants can be swim so all can be able to operate as a navy force of the ants kingdom.
• some of the ants having a abilities to fly which can be take a postings of the air wings..

தம்பி இன்னும் வெளிய போகல்லய

என் மேல் அன்பு கொண்ட பலர் என்னிடம் கேட்ட பல கேள்விகளில் என்னைச் சிந்திக்க வைத்த கேள்வி இது. இந்தக் கேள்வியை என்னிடம் கேட்க்கும் போது அவர்கள் என்ன்மேது ஓர்வகை அன்பு வைத்ததை என்னால் உணர முடிந்தது. ஆனால் இந்த அன்பு என்னை வேறுவிதமாகவும் சிந்திக்க வைத்தது. இது யாரையும் புண்படுத்துவதற்காக எழுதப்பட்டவில்லை என்பதை சகலருக்கும் தெரிவிக்கிறேன் .

இங்கு இருந்து அங்கு போய் உழைப்பதை விட இங்கு இருந்து, இங்கு உழைப்பது மேல். நான் கண்ட பல மேதவிகள் எனக்குக் கூறியது இங்கு இனப்பிரச்னை, மொழிப்பிரச்சனை. ஆனால் அவர்கள் அங்கு சென்று அந்த நாட்டு மொழியைக் கற்பதை விட இங்கு இருந்து நம் சகோதர மொழியைக் கற்று சிறப்படைவதே மேல். இதை நான் இங்கு சென்னால் எம்மவர்களுக்கு நான் விரோதி ஆகிறான்.

இது மட்டும் இல்லாமல் இங்கு இருந்த நோஞ்சன்கள் அங்கு சென்றதும் வீரன் ஆகும் கதைகள் ஏராளம்.இந்த வீரன்கள் அங்குள்ள அப்பாவிகளுடன் சண்டை போட்டு மீண்டும் இங்கு வந்த கதைகளும் ஏராளம். இதை விட இங்கு இருந்து எமக்கு ஏற்ற தொழிலைச் செய்யலாம் எமது தாய் நாட்டில்.

இதை விட பெரும் கெடுமை படிக்கச் சென்ற பண்டிதர்கள் படிக்காமல் பாவைகளுடன் சென்றதும் உண்டு. இப்போற்பட்டவர்களை நம்பி இங்கிருந்து பெற்றோர்கள் பணம் அனுப்பும் படலம் வேறு நடக்கும்.

இங்கு நடைபெற்றும் மரணச்சடங்கின், பத்திரிக்கை அறிவிப்பில் போடப்படும் சகல வெளிநாடு வாழ் உறவுகளின் பெயர்களின் பின்னால் போடப்படும் நாடுகளின் பெயர்களைப் பார்க்கும் போது என மனதில் தோன்றுவது அகதி என்னப் போடுவதற்குப் பதில் நாடுகளின் பெயர்களைப் போட்டுளார்களோ என்று இதற்கு அவர்களே பதில் தரட்டும்...

முதலும் இறுதியுமாய் சகலருக்கும் ஓர் வேண்டுகோள்.
என்ன வளம் இல்லை இந்தத் திருநாட்டில்,
ஏன் உடலை வருத்த வேண்டும் வெளிநாடில்....

START YOUR OWN BUSINESS

Hey guys why don't you think to start the business on your own.In your young age, why are you spending to other to get the benefits(unknown by you) from you. do you ever think that your employer paid to you 50000 rupees without get anything from you. please think that your hard work will be most valuable than the 50000. normally your hard works will be valued more 5 times of your salary.

i do not recommend anyone to leave their current job because you guys need some money to start the business, but don't think you need huge amount to start the business. a person can start the business with 500 rupees and it could become 500 billion, in some case some people invested 500 billion and became to road without any money to buy a lunch packet. so don't think having much money is better.

before you start the business you should identify which field you are interested and which is suitable for you.when you find the field don't forget to collect the information of competitors. which is the most important thing to identify your competitor's plan than your plan. because then only you can wack him(competitor) from the market.

plan your self to when to start the business and where to start the business and how to start the business these are more important questions than ever. when you plan your business do not forget to plan your future strategies and how you want to be in future. that desire will make you to be perfect to start the business.

when you plan your business then look at the market whether any changes happening or whether you need any changes in your plan. please mind that world is changing rapidly so today's customer need will be a change tomorrow.so be flexible to change your plans and adopt the changes.

after all plan and select the place to start the business which is critical success factor of the business.and select the stakeholders for the business(specially who are providing materials and other important stuffs) is also one of the critical success factor.

when you start the business from the first week you may think that the business is success but from the 1st year to 3rd year don't think about the profit.because when you think about the profits you may manipulate the business or make products and service became not the expect the quality. that will lead your business to negative manner which make you unsuccessful in future.

so in the first year start with small ideas which may not need much money. when you feel that your organization get the positive goodwill than start the business to expand it and make some of the innovations.

when you succeed the particular business don't forget to start the another business. mind that if a person can do one business S/He can do more business.

when you think like that the success not fare a way from you...

இந்தியாவுக்கும் பாகிஸ்தான்னுக்கும் சண்டை மூண்டால் அதை விளையாட்டகா எடடுப்பதும், அதுவே கிரிக்கேட் போட்டி என்றால் அதை அக்ரோஷமாய் சண்டையக எடுப்பதும் இந்தியர்களுக்கு கை வந்த கலை...

இவர்கள் ஒன்றில் ஈடுபட்டால் அதில் மும்மரமாக இருப்பர்கள், ஆனால் அடுத்த நிமிடமே அடுத்த பிரச்சனையில் மூக்கை நுழைத்து அச்செயலுக்கும் கவலைப் படுவார்கள் ...

இவர்களை மாற்ற இந்தியாவுக்கு கிடைத்த ஒரு பொன் மகன்(தமிழ்மகன்) Dr.அப்துல் கலாம், இந்திய இளைஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு முன் மாதிரியாக திகழ்பவர்.இந்திய இளைஞர்களை ஒரே வார்த்தையில் மாற்றியவர் .
"இளைஞர்களே கனவு காணுங்கள்" என்ற ஒரே வார்த்தையாலோயே இந்தியவையே மாற்றியமைத்தவர்.

அக்கதையில் வரும் நாடாறு மாதம் ,காடாறு மாத ஆட்சி என்பது நாட்டை ஆள்பவன் ஆட்சியை விட்டு வெளியே சென்றாலே அவனுக்கு நாட்டில் என்ன நடக்கிறது என்று தெரியும்... இதனை இப்போதய புலனாய்வு என்றும் கருதலாம்.

அக்கதைகளைப் படிக்கும் போது எம்மை அறியாமல் எம்மது சிந்தனா சக்தி அதிகரிக்கிறது. இவற்றை எல்லாம் பார்த்தால் நாம் ஒரு காலத்தில் வள்ர்ச்சி அடைந்தவராய் இருந்தோம் ஆனால் தற்போதைய நிலை என்ன என்பதை நாமே சிந்திக்க வேண்டும் ...
